Ministry of Human Resources And Social Security of The People’s Republic of China Has Released Ten New Occupations, Blockchain Technology Become A New Demand

Entrusted by the Ministry of Human Resources and social security, on May 11th,2020, the China Employment Training Technical Guidance Center issued the “Announcement on Publishing New Professional Information,” which mentioned the definition of new positions in the blockchain industry, including blockchain architecture design, basic technology, and system applications, testing, system deployment, maintenance engineering technology, and other blockchain engineering technicians, as well as blockchain application operations that use blockchain and tools to participate in system applications for members of government affairs, finance, medical care, education, pensions, and blockchain application operation of system applications of other scheme members.

Since the blockchain has been included in China’s new infrastructure category, the demand for relevant talents in the blockchain is in short supply. An HR of blockchain company said that in order to recruit excellent blockchain architects, the company gives minimum salary is 50,000RMB per month, but such a high salary has not recruited an engineer who can meet the hiring requirements, which can only delay the progress of the enterprise project.

It shows that the demand for blockchain technology talents is becoming more and more urgent. Professional blockchain technology talents have a strong impetus for the vigorous development of the blockchain industry. But at present, the technical talent reserve in the blockchain industry is relatively limited.
